You must be at least 13 years old to use SupfricaVillage. We do not knowingly allow users under 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian where required by local law.

2. User Accounts

  • You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

3. User-Generated Content

  • By posting content, you grant Techfrica a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content on the SupfricaVillage platform.

  • Public content may be indexed by search engines and shared by other users.

  • Adult (18+) content, violent or pornographic content is strictly prohibited and will result in removal and potential account termination.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension or permanent banning:

  • Posting adult, violent, or pornographic content

  • Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks

  • Scamming, spamming, or misleading other users

  • Impersonating individuals or brands

  • Promoting illegal activities or dangerous behavior

  • Sharing malicious software, viruses, or malware

  • Circumventing platform security

  • Using AI bots in abusive, manipulative, or deceptive ways

Techfrica reserves the right to act on user reports and take enforcement actions where appropriate.

5. Subscriptions and Paid Features

  • SupfricaVillage may offer paid upgrades (such as featured content or premium membership).

  • All sales are final once processed. Refunds are not provided.

  • Subscription cancellations do not trigger refunds but will remain active until the end of the paid term.

6. Technology and Tools

  • SupfricaVillage is built using Techfrica’s proprietary systems and integrated third-party tools.

  • Some AI features rely on external providers such as OpenAI and DeepSeek, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. AI-Powered Features

  • AI tools on SupfricaVillage are intended to enhance community experiences.

  • These tools do not offer professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

  • Users must not input sensitive, illegal, or highly confidential information.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All Techfrica logos, brands, and platform features are protected under intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of our services without written permission.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • You use SupfricaVillage at your own risk.

  • We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure access to the platform.

  • Techfrica is not responsible for any damages, data loss, or revenue loss that may occur from using SupfricaVillage.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes will be handled initially by our support team.

  • We do not participate in third-party arbitration or legal tribunals unless legally required.

  • By using our Services, you agree to resolve any issues directly with Techfrica.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, and, where applicable, the Republic of Sierra Leone. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts for any legal proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of SupfricaVillage after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
