AI models don’t fail because of algorithms — they fail because of perspective.

For years, we have trained AI using traditional, third-person (exocentric) datasets. While these datasets are great for teaching a model to recognize a coffee cup on a table, they completely fail to capture how a human actually reaches for, grasps, and interacts with that cup.
