Once your Town Center hits level 13, the Drill Camp unlocks and changes how you manage your hero roster. Instead of spreading Hero EXP thinly across every unit, you now pick five Drill Instructors who receive all your focused investment. Every other hero you place in Drill Slots will automatically level up to match the lowest-ranked instructor—without spending a single point of Hero EXP....
